We want you to love your clean beauty favorites, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and include all original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or any sturdy cardboard shipping container, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
